Bill Holmes – President and Co-founder (Center Seated)  

Bill has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for 23 years. He has managed both wholesale and retail mortgage operations as well as been a “hands on” loan originator. Over the course of his career he has personally closed loans in excess of $500,000,000. Bill’s past accomplishments include both the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors “Affiliate of the Year” Award and the elected position of Director at the Board.  

Mary Frisinger – Senior Loan Officer (Right Front)  

Mary has been with Ann Arbor Mortgage since 1999. She has closed loans in excess of $100,000,000 over the course of her career. Mary has an extensive real estate background as a licensed real estate and title insurance agent. She is an active member of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors. She has received the “Affiliate of the Year” award and acted as Affiliate Director. Her charitable history includes the Chelsea United Way and the American Cancer Society, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.  

Angie Rasmussen – Loan Officer (Third from Right, Bottom Row)  

Angie has been with the company since 2003. Since that time she has closed mortgages totaling $30,000,000. Her real estate experience includes several years in the title insurance and building fields. She is a life-long third generation Ann Arbor resident with many ties to the community. She currently co-sponsors a team in the American Cancer Society, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, held annually in October.  

Mike Petchell – Loan Officer (Top Right)  

Mike has been a mortgage consultant in the Ann Arbor area for over 7 years. During this time frame he has successfully closed over $100 million in purchase and refinance transactions. Mike’s accomplishments include several awards for his performance in sales and customer service.  

David Crisp – Senior Loan Officer (Middle Back)  

David has been a mortgage loan officer since 1995. During that time he has closed well over $100,000,000 in loans and has helped hundreds of people realize the American dream of home ownership. David has held the distinction of a top producing loan officer as well as a leader in striving to provide the best possible service. John Corey – Mortgage Consultant (Left Back Row) 

John is the newest member of the Ann Arbor Mortgage team. He brings over 8 years of mortgage industry sales experience to the company. As a life-long Ann Arbor resident, he understands the opportunities and challenges that this exciting real estate market presents. For the past three years he has served Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley as a member of the Family Selection committee. 

Diane St. John – Senior Loan Processor/Office Assistant (Left Front)  

Diane has worked in the mortgage lending field for the past 27 years. She has worked in mortgage processing and underwriting as well as in the closing area. Her vast experience is an extremely valuable asset that rounds out our mortgage team.
